Important Dates and Times

Exhibitor Reception

An evening reception will be held for exhibitors between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm on Wednesday, April 9. More information will be forwarded when exhibitor registration is received.

Move-In: April 8, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Move-Out: April 10, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Booth Size

Each booth measures 10’ x 10’, draped 8’ high and 3’ on either side. One 8’ draped table and two chairs are included with each booth. Exhibitors requiring more than 100 square feet of booth space must contact the show office at (204) 947-6633.

A package is mailed to all exhibitors once registration is confirmed. Example of details outlined in the exhibitor package include:

Booth Allocation

Booth locations are determined based on the type of industry and are allocated on a first come, first served basis when you register for the event. All exhibitors are required to check in at the show office prior to set-up to receive badges and maps etc. Loading times are staggered and must be requested with registration.

Insurance

Please refer to your exhibitor package to ensure you comply with insurance certificate requirements. Exhibitors who do not have the proper certificate will not be allowed to move in.

Interactive Displays and Award

Participants are drawn to booths that are interesting, informative and interactive. Six awards will be presented to the exhibitors – Most Interactive, Most Informative, Best Overall, Most Friendly, Red Road and FUWA (fascinating, unusual, wow and amazing).

Aboriginal Career Village

Due to the tremendous success of the Red Road Aboriginal Exhibit, there will be an area specifically designated for Aboriginal exhibits–The Aboriginal Career Village. This will provide Aboriginal exhibitors with greater visibility as well as better opportunity to reach hundreds of students and adults seeking valuable career and education information.
